    Wash them whenever you want.

You can’t wash them ‘too soon’ .. (you don’t have to ‘re-wash’ them if the baby hasn’t worn them.)

It’s just better to wait so you can wash them all at once, rather than washing bits and pieces if you’re not done shopping.

Wash the baby’s bedding as well…
(and once the baby comes, wash YOUR clothes in Dreft, too. Since the baby touches your clothing as well.)

Just wait until the “nesting” thing kicks in at about 34 weeks. You’ll be washing everything the baby will touch anyway!! :0 )

You can definately wash them now! Just hang them in the closet or put them in drawers until she arrives. Trust me, you do not want to have a newborn & have to wash clothes at the same time! You will probably not feel like washing them in a few weeks either as your pregnancy progresses! Good luck with new mommyhood!

You can wash them whenever you want to, but you do not have to wash in Dreft. It is really an unnecessary cost…if you are concerned about getting a special detergent there are free and clear detergents out there that are much less expensive. All, Purex, Arm & Hammer…a lot of companies make them now.

well you can wash them all to early..trust me…i washed everything,i mean EVERYTHING.lol.my son came out really small and nothing woul fit him,my husband had to go to the store and buy a premie outfit to go home in,and if your baby is born to big,the premie and newborn clothes might not fit him and you should keep the tags on in case you want to exchange them.i advise washing a few outfits you are considering take him home in,various sizes

I washed my son’s a few weeks before he was born. I heard that they can get dusty if you do it too soon, but I think you’ll be ok.Also if you wanna save a few pennies All free and clear works very well and is less expensive than Dreft but whateve you prefer.

I never even used Dreft. It is not necessary unless your child shows symptoms of an allergic reaction to what he/she is wearing. I used the arm and hammer with fabric softener. Never bothered my son a bit. Also if your child is allergic or bothered by a detergent, then he will be bothered by rubbing against you. I do strongly recommend staying away from anything that had harsh things in it, but if your child has a reaction you will see in withing probably 20 min. Takes only 10 for me to notice my hubby used powdered tide. Good luck with your future blessing :)

Just wash the items in your smallest sizes . . . but you don’t have to use Dreft. I use Charlie’s soap (charliesoap.com) and totally love this residue free detergent.
