Binkies
Softies (not so much anymore)
swing
boppy pillows
vibrating chairs
teething tablets
fleece blankets
Whitenoise Machine
onsies
diaper champ
That was the first year. Now the only thwo things I really can’t do without on this list are diaper champ & binkies. Working on saying goodbye to the binkies though
EDIT: I editted my answer to take out money and put white noise machine. It helped them sleep
1. Swing
2. Pacifier
3. Gas-x (for babies of course)
4. Sling for shopping
5. Stroller for walking
6. Jumperoo
7. Mobile
8. Orajel
9. Bassinet
10. Floor gym mat
Well overall not just the ones I use right now are:
1. Bouncer. She likes to fall asleep in it.
2. Travel System. An infant carrier is much more comfortable for a NB than a convertable car seat. Especially when you go shopping with a baby.
3. Swing. Its great!
4. Bumbo. It really helped my baby sit up and she loved it.
5. Walker. She feels free in it.
6. Bassinet. She hated her crib when she was little.
7. A big pot to boil or a dishwasher for bottles.
8. Umbrella stroller. I use it right now because its so light in weight.
9. Moby Wrap (Aubreys mommy reminded me) I had it on my mind but didn’t write it down. I now use a Mei Tai because it hasn’t been cold where I live at.
I really think that’s it, aside from wipes, bottles, diapers, etc.
!. Swing
2. Johnsons bedtime bath and body wash
3. Crib
4. Clothing
5. Diapers & whipes
6. pack & play
7. Excersaucer (love this)
8. Bouncer
9. Socks (they seem to always disapear)
10. play mats
A bouncer…definitely #1 on my list.
Burp cloths…we used them every day
Bottle warmer…we’re still using it now for my son’s milk at night
Honestly I can’t think of anything else that we used that we really needed….I’ll come back if I think of more though!

*Jumperoo (as they get older)
*Swaddling Blankets
Of course, this is all the things you don’t have to have (diapers, car seat, wipes, etc…) but they help alot!!! We used the heck out of Liam’s bouncy seat and swing! He loved them!
bumbo seats
bouncy seat
taggy blanket
boppy pillow
baby sling
infant tylenol

nursing necklace (long necklace with different types/colors of beads for the baby to grab while nursing and not tearing the front of your shirt up)
last but not least my 5 yo who loves to keep the twins entertained while I’m in the shower!
Aside from the things you’re going to get anyway wipes (use cheap face washers with water instead of wipes & just wash in the machine once per week – better for Bubs bum / environment & cheaper!), clothes, car seat & other obvious items my top ten would be:
1/ Velcro swaddles (my boy busts out of anything else) – http://www.amazon.com/Kiddopotamus-SwaddleMe-100-Cotton-Small/dp/B0006Q5602/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=baby-products&qid=1255385480&sr=8-1

9/ A huge nappy bag (I pack everything!) – http://www.isoki.com.au/hobo_wo.htm
