Firstly, sorry to read of your miscarriage.
I would store them in the see through toy box type storage containers, the ones with snap on lids. They come in huge sizes and fit so much. They are wonderful! Available at all the department stores.

Anything fabric should/could be vacuum sealed to prevent discoloration (not 100% trustworthy), as far as the toys and bottles, i would suggest donating them to an orphange or of the sort, that way there not just there, not being use. I am sorry you had a miscarriage, i lost a son at 3 months from SIDS, but think of the children who are alive and could use those items.

If you don’t want to donate them, the bottles can be placed in a sealed cardboard box, and the toys in some kind of chest or something..

    Best of luck!

for the clothes and blankets, get space bags(you pt the stuff in and suck out the air with a vacuum) they are great for keeping stuff nice.

put the rest of the stuff in those bins you can buy at most any store, they come in all sizes and have lids.

    Sorry about your loss. :(

I think the best thing for storing it all would be one (or more, depending on how much you have) of those plastic boxes with lids. They stay pretty airtight and are stackable and you can store them anywhere you want, even an attic or basement and they won’t get musty.

    Hope that helps.
