I wouldn’t…if you buy some now then you’ll be that much more disappointed and frustrated if it takes a while to conceive.

Step away from the computer!!! Lol No really, since you aren’t pregnant yet, I’d save my money. Not only do you not know what you would have, but who knows? By the time you have kids what’s in style will be completely different. If I were you I’d put the credit card away and open up an account at the bank. You can have your own little “Baby Clothes” account. Put money in every so often. Then when you find out you’re pregnant, let the shopping begin!!

I did. But only clearance stuff and things I really liked. I figured that I would either use them as gifts or for my own child when I had him/her. I was glad I did because I had a summer baby and had picked up stuff for a summer infant. It’s a personal choice.

No, I never did. When you get pregnant there will be so many clothes and outfits that you want to buy and you will receive as a gift. For right now, save your money and stick to spoiling others children.

I did when we started trying for our third child. We found an adorable tie-dyed onesie at our Farmer’s Market and picked it up to sort of symbolize our decision to start ttc. I had no idea it would take us over a year to conceive and that we would have a m/c in the process. I came across the onesie every once in a while and would refold it almost stoically with a sigh and place it back in the drawer. Having it and seeing it didn’t make it any harder for me, but in hindsight I would not have gotten it until we had conceived. Also, that is part of the fun of being pregnant- picking out clothes that the child in your growing stomach will wear. It helps to make the nine months pass just a tiny bit faster.

It is not that uncommon, much as teenage girls start a hope chest,
personally i love shopping on line, that is one of the reasons that I have this store bookmarked, you can shop for hours, from the comfort of your home and never come close to seeing all that they have to offer.
