no i would not think so. red is a exciting color and it you would cant calming colors mabey green or blue or aqua or purple.
When I was taking a child development class I learned that red actually stimulates infant learning. So if you were to read to a newborn you should place something red in front of them. Also, my teacher said that a baby’s mobile on the crib should be red and black, they are the very few colors a newborn can actually see.
I don’t see why that would be a bad thing?
Congrats!
The only problem I see is that red tends to run/fade the more often you wash it.
They wouldn’t make baby bedding in red if it was somehow harmful to your child.
I think they say that because red is a stimulating color, and one of the first babies can see, and you don’t want them to be stimulated in their cribs… you want them to be sleeping!
personally i wouldn’t do red bedding bc it tends to be stimulating and you want it peaceful, easy to go to sleep in and not stimulating…make sense?
if u really like it, since u already have it, u could try it; but i prefer lighter, softer looking nurseries, they just seem more peaceful ..jmho
huh? i have never heard if red being a bad colour for a baby! its good, its bright its bold and good for your baby to look at! it’ll keep them amused and good for their colour developments!!!
