i don’t know about fitting the clothing; but my gal has a ‘darla doll’ that is adorable and she cries, laughs, all kinds of things….

Comes with a bottle, but just toss it. Fits into newborn clothing, and is currently wearing one of my daughters old newborn baby grows.
I used to put my baby clothes on my Cabbage Patch Kid. They don’t come with bottles (as I recall.) Not sure if they still make them, but I’m pretty sure you can get them for a reasonable price on eBay.

There are several dolls on the market that would fit that size. Also you may want to consider a teddy bear, they look cute in babies clothes.
