unfortunatley everyone has tried, all i can say to help is a place to buy cheaper clothes is ebay. You can get toddler brands for a cheaper price. hope this helps at all
craigslist.com
I think yahoo has a freebie group, not sure of where to look for it.I would just search yahoo groups.Try looking in the local paper or swapper.Sometimes people just want to get rid of things.I really can’t think of much else.Like the other person said though, ebay is a really cheap & you can find some great deals on baby clothes.Good luck..
You can go to the Salvation Army or Goodwill in your area.
Yard sales are also excellent sources of very inexpensive clothing.

Check to see if there is a community soup kitchen/clothing bank in your area. You could also post a notice near the entrance & exit of supermarkets stating you are in need of gently used baby clothes. Your local church might be able to hook you up with some mom’s who have baby clothes their children have outgrown. Look into any tag sales in your area, too.
There is never going to be an online site that gives you free clothes. That is the kind of thing you need to do in person. Call some local churches in your area and see if any of them have a clothes closet, or can give you a referal to a women’s center that has donated used clothes. Many places will sell to refered women at a much cheaper price than the general public, even though their prices are already very very cheap.
People are always giving away baby clothes on freecycle.org. Go post that you need sizes xx for this gender and someone will surely respond.
If you have some money, a lot of churches are still having their annual garage sales in October, and you could get a ton of stuff at a bag sale on the last day. A lot of the garage sales I’ve been to this month have had mostly summer clothes, very little winter stuff.
Ebay is the cheapest or try your local lifeline store.
You could always make them yourself.
How is it that you are too poor to dress your baby (that is said in a nice way) you poor thing I would be heart broken.
I hope you find the help you need.
