   why don’t you ask your local church (if you go to church) or go to the good will?
   cheap toys nothing over 10.00

   This is not a charity website. Go to yard sales in your area or check around for freebies. At 3 months your baby doesn’t need a TON of toys anyway.

   My daughter is only 2 1/2 months so she don’t have much toys yet only like 3. They do have programs for children. You could call your local news station and ask them because its usually on tv. Good luck
